Department: Treasury


Reports to: Treasurer


Status: Non-Exempt


Grade: 4


Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.91


Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.


Location: Boston, MA



Principal Objective


Assist the overall Treasury functions including investment portfolio, funding management, derivatives, asset/liability modeling, and ALCO reporting.



Principal Duties and Responsibilities:


Treasury Function



  • Assist the Treasury team in managing the Bank's investment portfolio under direction of Senior Analyst and prepare reporting and analytics
  • Assist the Treasury team in managing the borrowing portfolio under direction of Senior Analyst and prepare reporting and analytics
  • Assist the Treasury team in managing the Bank's derivatives portfolio with a focus on the back-to-back swap program for our lending clients
  • Provide backup for Treasury staff
  • Provide backup for Cash Management Staff


ALM/Budget Modeling



  • Assist the ALM team in managing the ALCO process and coordinate reporting for senior management
  • Maintain databases of investments, deposits and funding to feed to the asset/liability model
  • Update forecasts of target balances, originations, and pricing as provided by product line managers



Job Specifications (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required)



  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree
  • Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Detail orientated with strong organization skills
