With over 115 years in business, Journey Construction, a division of Journey Group, is growing and seeking a reliable Industrial Site Foreman to serve as the primary on-site leader for specialty industrial construction projects or project phases. Qualified candidates will have:



  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive hands-on field experience in industrial or heavy construction.
  • 2-3 years in a foreman, crew lead, or equivalent supervisory role.
  • Direct experience working as a craftsman or skilled tradesperson in relevant trades or general construction.
  • Proven track record leading self-perform crews in industrial settings.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety certification (OSHA 10-hour minimum accepted).
  • NCCER Foreman Certification or equivalent leadership training.
  • Experience working in operating industrial plants, including coordination around live processes and shutdowns.
  • Must be able and willing to work weekends and night shifts as needed.
