As an Analyst II, Technical Systems, you will play a more substantial role in enhancing our organization's technological capabilities. Building upon your experience, you will take a lead in conducting in-depth technical analysis, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the development of innovative technical solutions. This mid-level position offers an opportunity to further develop your technical expertise and contribute to the success of complex projects.



Responsibilities

    Conduct in-depth analysis of technical systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and enhancement.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform decision-making and help with problem-solving.
  • Evaluate existing technology systems and tools to assess their performance, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements for projects, systems, or processes.
  • Develop technical solutions and recommendations based on gathered requirements and analysis to address business needs and challenges.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, process flows, and user guides.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues and problems that arise within systems or processes.
  • Assess potential risks and vulnerabilities in technical systems and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the security of technical systems, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending security measures to protect against threats.
  • Monitor the performance of technical systems and make recommendations for improvements or optimizations to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage technical projects, including planning, resource allocation, and ensuring project timelines and objectives are met.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on the use of technical systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of technical solutions.
  • Ensure that technical systems and processes comply with industry regulations, data protection laws, and internal policies.
  • Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of technical solutions and make recommendations for cost savings or cost optimization.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate technical analysis findings and project progress to management and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in technical processes and systems and implement changes to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as developers, IT professionals, business analysts, and project managers, to achieve project goals and objectives.


Qualifications

Education Level:
Major: Computer Science/Computer Engineering
Degree must be from an accredited college or university.

Job-Related Experience

  • 3-5 years of software development or technical analysis experience.

  • Strong expertise in Java or .NET, and related technologies
