Woodbury Estates and Woodbury Villa, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team! Are you compassionate towards others? Our Marketing Assistants become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Director and sales team by providing administrative support related to new inquiries, CRM maintenance, and tour coordination. This role assists with answering incoming calls, gathering initial prospect information, entering and updating leads in the CRM, and scheduling tours and appointments for the marketing team. The Marketing Assistant helps ensure accurate records are maintained, prepares marketing materials as needed, and supports communication and follow-up with prospective residents and families. This position plays an important role in keeping the inquiry and tour process organized while providing a welcoming first point of contact for those exploring senior living at Woodbury Senior Living.
