The Senior Manager, Strategy Operations serves as a critical member of the Corporate Strategy leadership team, acting as a force multiplier for the SVP of Corporate Strategy and the Strategy Leadership Team (SLT). This role is responsible for driving operational rigor, leadership alignment, and execution excellence across the Strategy organization. The Senior Manager, Strategy Operations ensures that priorities are clearly defined, decisions are enabled with high-quality inputs, and critical initiatives maintain momentum. The role requires strong strategic judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to anticipate needs while proactively moving work forward across a complex, fast-changing environment. Essential Functions/Responsibilities Strategic & Leadership Enablement
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to the SVP of Corporate Strategy, helping translate strategic priorities into a clear operating agenda and focus areas for the SLT.
- Enable leadership effectiveness by proactively identifying upcoming decisions, risks, and inflection points requiring executive attention.
- Act as a connector across the Strategy Leadership Team, ensuring shared understanding of priorities, tradeoffs, and interdependencies.
- Vet, shape, and prioritize requests and issues before they reach the SVP, ensuring focus on the highest-value topics.
Strategy Operating Rhythm & Decision Enablement
- Own and evolve the operating cadence for the Strategy Leadership Team, including leadership meetings, strategy reviews, and key forums.
- Design agendas that are outcome-oriented and decision-focused; synthesize inputs, frame discussions, and ensure follow-through on commitments.
- Track executive decisions and action items, proactively surfacing risks, dependencies, or resource gaps that could slow progress.
- Partner closely with leaders to ensure key workstreams remain aligned to enterprise strategy and move forward with pace and discipline.
Cross-Functional Execution & Initiative Oversight
- Monitor progress across priority strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across functions and early identification of issues that require escalation.
- Serve as a central coordination point for cross-functional efforts led or sponsored by Corporate Strategy.
- Support the SVP and SLT in preparing for high-impact interactions with enterprise leadership, ensuring clarity of objectives and readiness for discussion.
Content, Insights & Communications
- Coordinate the development, integration, and quality of materials for Executive Committee, Board, and pivotal strategy discussions.
- Ensure content is coherent, decision-ready, and aligned to enterprise priorities, with clear narratives and recommendations.
- Support internal Strategy communications, reinforcing clarity, alignment, and progress across the organization.
Administrative Responsibilities (These responsibilities are supportive in nature and are not the primary focus of the role.)
- Oversee select logistics for key leadership forums, offsites, and All Hands meetings, partnering with support resources where available.
- Provide limited oversight of departmental expense workflows, procurement, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate planning elements related to Executive Committee or Board interactions, as needed.

Experience & Background
- 5-8 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business management, or a related leadership support role.
- Biopharma experience preferred.
- Experience operating in complex, matrixed, or highly regulated environments strongly preferred.

For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $136,000.00 - $204,000.00 Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis. At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
