Job Summary


The Procurement Program Coordinator is responsible for leading procurement strategy and contract management for large-scale construction and infrastructure programs. This role serves as a strategic partner to project and program teams, ensuring procurement processes, contract frameworks, and sourcing strategies support efficient and cost-effective project execution. The DCPO will also promote supplier diversity initiatives and mentor procurement teams.

Job Responsibilities



  • Develop and coordinate procurement strategies for capital construction and infrastructure programs
  • Create, review, and manage contract documentation to support projects from planning through solicitation
  • Serve as a primary liaison between procurement, program delivery, and project leadership
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to enhance competition, reduce costs, and optimize procurement workflows
  • Develop and maintain procurement procedures, contract templates, and best practices
  • Align procurement approaches across multiple projects and business units
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and process streamlining
  • Support small business and supplier diversity initiatives and mentorship programs
  • Provide strategic guidance and solutions for procurement-related challenges
  • Perform additional duties as required to achieve program objectives


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 10+ years of procurement, contract, or sourcing experience in construction, infrastructure, or large-scale capital projects
  • Strong experience developing contracts and implementing procurement strategies
  • Knowledge of public-sector or highly regulated procurement environments is a plus
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, engineers, and leadership teams
  • Experience supporting supplier diversity or small business programs preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead complex initiatives and provide strategic guidance to teams
