Position Overview The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for performing quality inspections and managing quality of work for the print and inserting departments. The position is handling mail that must meet specific USPS and Zelis production standards that include maintaining high quality work in a high-volume environment. This individual is responsible for inspections and support for multiple machines. This includes managing all spoiled pieces with 100% accuracy and completing paperwork according to standard operating processes.Why Zelis:
