Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Support current and future business needs through talent development, engagement, motivation, and retention
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts
• Oversee performance management systems and processes
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage training and development programs
• Analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive role
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Experience with HR software and HR metrics
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
