Alternatively, you may be an individual contributor overseeing quality management across a global business unit(s). You'll oversee quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards. You will maintain product standards and quality systems. Primary Responsibilities
- Leading quality improvement programs, such as Six Sigma and Lean, to drive continuous improvements
- Managing the quality audit program to ensure compliance with internal requirements and regulatory standards.
- Managing a team of Quality Assurance professionals to ensure quality standards are met.
- Developing and implementing quality metrics, conducting root cause analysis and internal quality audits to measure performance. Using results to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to prevent quality issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve quality and customer experience, and ensure products exceed customer standards
General Tasks
- Maintain strict compliance with the quality, environmental and occupational health and safety regulations and implementation of the instructions of the quality, environmental management and/or occupational health and safety officer.
- The People Leader is responsible for maintaining and improving environmental-friendly and occupational health and safety work conditions, the prevention of environmental damage and occupational accidents, occupational diseases and work-related health hazards for his or her area of responsibility. Completion of job hazard analysis and risk assessments and conducting job-specific training.

Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies
- Subject matter expertise in quality management or related field, with track record of achieving operational goals.
- Have experience implementing quality processes and procedures, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g. FDA, ISO).
- Proven ability to oversee teams, complex processes, or complex programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to set and manage goals, allocate resources, and make high quality, timely decisions.
- Be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and customers.

Compensation and Benefits
- The base pay for this position is $120,120 to $156,090 per year depending on the geographic market.
- Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
