The Corporate Program Management Office (PMO) is a strategic function that enables enterprise decision-making, ensures alignment between business strategy and program investments, and equips delivery teams with standards, tools, and insights to achieve predictable and efficient outcomes.

The Head of Strategic Portfolio Management function within Corporate PMO leads Marvell's enterprise portfolio management capability, enabling strategy through clear investment alignment, actionable insights, and disciplined execution. This role ensures that the company's most critical initiatives are prioritized, supported, governed, and executed in alignment with enterprise objectives.

As a senior leader within the Corporate PMO, this role partners closely with executive leadership, Business Unit PMOs, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to translate strategy into execution-balancing priorities, managing risk, and providing transparency that enables confident, datadriven decisions across the enterprise.

What You Can Expect

  • Drive enterprise portfolio alignment by ensuring programs and investments are aligned with Marvell's strategic priorities across the full investment lifecycle.
  • Provide actionable portfolio insights through clear metrics, dashboards, and analytics that surface program health, risks, trends, and tradeoffs for executive decisionmaking.
  • Enable enterpriselevel decision forums, leading crossfunctional portfolio and lifecycle reviews that focus on strategic intent, execution readiness, and outcomeoriented discussion.
  • Translate strategy into execution by applying structured frameworks that connect strategic objectives to planning, prioritization, and delivery.
  • Partner across the organization with Business Unit PMOs, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to drive alignment, early risk identification, and effective course correction.
  • Provide strategic portfolio and program management leadership in partnership with Business Units for enterprise critical programs.
  • Lead continuous improvement across portfolio management practices, analytics, and operating rhythms-emphasizing lightweight, scalable processes that support speed and clarity.
  • Build and lead a highperforming team responsible for strategic portfolio management, setting clear expectations, accountability, and a culture of enablement and execution excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of portfolio/program/project management experience, including 7+ years in a leadership role within a technology or semiconductor environment focused on portfolio level management.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and learning agility.
  • Extensive experience leading enterprise or corporate PMO, strategic portfolio management, or largescale program governance within complex, technologydriven organizations.
  • Demonstrated success aligning investment portfolios with enterprise strategy and enabling executivelevel decisionmaking through data and insights.
  • Strong background in portfolio analytics, execution metrics, and risk management, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
  • Proven ability to lead crossfunctional, executivelevel forums and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Experience designing and scaling lightweight frameworks and processes that improve execution without creating unnecessary overhead.
  • Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to operate as a trusted partner to senior leaders.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

210,930 - 316,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
