About the opportunity
SWCA seeks a Business Application Analyst for our growing, national consulting business. The Business Application Analyst plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the company's enterprise applications, with a strong emphasis on Deltek Vision and Deltek Vantagepoint. This role suits someone who is naturally curious, highly collaborative, and comfortable navigating an evolving technology environment. The Analyst will partner closely with business units, the Technology Department, and system users to ensure applications are stable, wellsupported, and continually improved. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint and a solid understanding of how to troubleshoot, configure, and optimize the platform to meet business needs. This role also involves managing incoming requests, coordinating with technical teams, and delivering training and communication that drive effective adoption of ERP solutions. An employee in this Phoenix, AZ-based position can expect an annual salary of: $79,747/year to $104,457/year. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
