Inside the Role

Review fleet and small business contracts to ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and sales tax requirements for both U.S. and Canadian regions. Upload account records to the DTFS portfolio system for small business customers, fleet customers, and dealer pledgeline customers. Review pricing provided by the sales team for fleet transactions to ensure contract terms align with pricing to minimize RoRAC return errors. Ensure all required fleet customer legal documentation is received and properly executed prior to funding to mitigate risk of future collection losses. Work closely with dealers, sales, and credit teams in both regions to reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external customers. Proficiency in French (speaking, reading, and writing) is required for this position to support communication with Canadian dealers and sales teams.

What you Drive at DTFS

  • Audit and review Fleet and Small Business contracts for regulatory and company policy/procedure discrepancies

  • Review and reconcile discrepancies and communicate to dealers

  • Review/request current pricing to determine if contract matches approved pricing and appropriate limits of authority have been met.

  • Establish contracts records in DTFS portfolio system and ensure dealer settlement amounts are accurately dispersed

Knowledge you should Bring

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

  • 1 year general business experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer Service experience

  • Microsoft Office

Exceptional Candidate Might have:

  • Working knowledge of commercial lending regulations

  • Understanding of contract documentation

  • Knowledge of trucking and fleet operations

  • Experience with eFunding Pro, eCredit Pro, F&I Pro, EFT, and ALFA

  • French Canandian Speaking
