The Brewhouse Inn & Suites in Milwaukee is looking for outgoing and dependable people to work part time as Shuttle Drivers. Weoffer flexible work schedules, and for those interested, cross-training in a variety of positions and the opportunity to learn the hotel industry.

As a Shuttle Driver on our team, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Safely transport guests to and from identified locations, following all traffic regulations.

• Greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome.

• Assist guests, as needed, with luggage, bags or any items they may be carrying.

• Listen, understand, and respond immediately to guest inquiries and requests for assistance.

• Clearly communicate the features and services of the hotel.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel shuttle by cleaning and washing it as necessary.

• Take shuttle for periodic servicing and fueling as required.

This position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualifications:

• Previous shuttle experience preferred.

• Must possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and pass as an approved driver by both the Company and its insurance carrier.

• Ability to comprehend and abide by all traffic regulations.

• Ability to effectively deal with guests, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy.

• Ability to handle complications and stress from driving in the local community and downtown.

• Ability to work a variety of hours including evenings and weekends.

• Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.

• Ability to adhere to grooming standards.
