What you will enjoy doing*

This is a full-time summer internship from
7/6/26-8/28/26, on-site at our Danbury, CT headquarters

In this internship, you will perform and document tests of control design and operating effectiveness in accordance with designed test plan
Engage with process and control owners to obtain supporting control evidence
Measure progress and communicate delay
Utilize and leverage the global SOX risk and controls, test plans and test evidence
Assist SOX Program Management team with measured objectives

What makes you great

You must be currently enrolled in accredited College/University, pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; preference given to rising juniors and seniors
You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0
Possess strong Microsoft Office skills
Be organized and detailed oriented
Exhibit effective communication with team members, process owners and control owners
Have the ability to work with defined timelines and develop and maintain strong working relationships
