Marketing Assistant/Specialist III

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global enterprise partnered with Aquent Talent, supporting a high visibility sports marketing function within a major streaming and entertainment organization. This role will play a key part in helping the team transition workflows into Airtable and build the operational infrastructure needed to support efficient, scalable marketing execution. You will have the chance to work closely with cross functional partners, improve how work gets done, and make a direct impact on a fast moving team supporting sports marketing initiatives.

Are you highly skilled in Airtable and passionate about building smarter marketing workflows? We are looking for an Airtable Solutions Architect & Marketing Operations Specialist to design, build, and optimize Airtable based systems that support marketing operations. In this role, you will create dashboards, interfaces, templates, and automation workflows that help teams manage projects, assets, and execution more effectively. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex workflows and thrives in collaborative, execution focused marketing environments.

What You'll Do:

• Build Airtable Solutions: Design and develop Airtable dashboards, templates, interfaces, and workflow structures that support marketing operations and improve team efficiency.
• Create Automation Workflows: Build and optimize automations that streamline processes, reduce manual work, and support faster execution across projects and campaigns.
• Support Operational Infrastructure: Help transition existing workflows into Airtable and create systems that improve visibility, organization, and usability for internal stakeholders.
• Partner Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams in a collaborative environment to understand needs, execute solutions, and support adoption of new workflows.
• Improve Workflow Efficiency: Contribute to building useful boards and systems at speed, with a focus on practical solutions that support day to day operations.

What You'll Bring:

Must Have Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Strong hands on Airtable experience
• Experience with program management software
• Experience with asset management integration
• Ability to build dashboards, interfaces, and automation workflows
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across internal teams
• Ability to work in a fast paced, execution focused environment
• Onsite availability in Los Angeles with a Monday through Friday schedule

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Certification or demonstrated thought leadership in a leading no-code/low-code platform community.
• Strong coding skills with JavaScript for scripting; familiarity with Python or other languages for API development.
• Deep knowledge of AI features within no-code/low-code platforms and the ability to implement AI-enhanced workflows.
• Experience with other no-code/low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (Digital Asset Management systems, project management tools, creative software).
• Background in technical product management.
• Experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience implementing AI-powered workflows.
• Experience in high-volume campaign production environments.
