Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team. This organization is at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions and impactful experiences, driven by a commitment to excellence and strategic vision. This is a primarily remote role, but candidates must be located in one of the following markets and able to meet occasionally onsite:

Are you a strategic orchestrator with a passion for bringing complex creative visions to life? We are looking for a highly motivated individual to step into a pivotal role, where you will be instrumental in shaping and executing high-impact events and campaigns. In this position, you won't just manage projects; you'll be the driving force ensuring that creative intent is preserved, timelines are met, and budgets are optimized, all while delivering exceptional experiences that resonate deeply with stakeholders. Your expertise will directly influence the success of critical initiatives, translating innovative ideas into tangible, memorable outcomes.

**What you'll do:**

* Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of moderate to complex events.

* Act as a crucial liaison, translating client needs into clear, actionable plans for creative teams.

* Build and nurture strong relationships with senior team members and key stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication of project status and alignment with objectives.

* Drive project momentum by developing tactical plans, strategically allocating resources, and delegating tasks effectively.

* Provide clear communication of client objectives to the creative team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

* Oversee all project management components from concept through execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

* Potentially attend on-site events, offering direction to teams and vendors, and leading post-project debriefs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent training and work experience.

* Seven years of project management experience within the industry, with a foundational understanding of the event landscape.

* Five years of experience specifically managing events, including those in virtual environments.

* Demonstrated strong background working collaboratively with creative professionals and understanding their processes.

* Comprehensive knowledge of event logistics, industry best practices, and emerging trends.

* In-depth knowledge and extensive experience with project management methodologies and tools.

* Proven executive presence, with the ability to confidently present complex solutions to senior leadership.

* Exceptional ability to present and articulate plans and progress against goals to leaders, stakeholders, and team members.

* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, coupled with active listening and diplomatic abilities.

* Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to effectively motivate teams and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.

* Advanced consultation, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and persuasion skills.

* Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.

* Proficiency in standard operating systems, project management software, and common office productivity suites.

* Adeptness at learning new tools and technologies as they evolve.

* Ability to build and leverage relationships, exercising influence across various internal groups and organizational levels.

* Capability to analyze project measurements, conduct effective process analysis, report quality results, and collaborate on improvements.

* Skilled in conducting research and identifying problems, along with proposing effective solutions.

* Ability to quickly grasp the organization's business, structure, and operations to identify opportunities that support strategic initiatives.

* Demonstrated ability to thrive and excel in a high-performing culture.

* Strong organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and excel in time-sensitive situations.

* Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet business needs, including travel for site visits, events, or other business requirements.

**Preferred Skills:**

* Project management certification.
