**Unleash Your Creativity as a Color Design Specialist**

We are seeking an exceptional Color Design professional to join a dynamic team and drive seasonal color design concepts for product lines. You will be a vital contributor to the creative process, translating visionary concepts into stunning, market-ready designs. **What You'll Do:**

* Help lead the color design team in creating unique collections on a seasonal basis.

* Establish distinct color and material direction, developing original content and product storytelling.

* Collaborate closely with Material Designers to bring narrative and storytelling to life through innovative material choices.

* Partner with Graphic Designers to develop complementary prints, patterns, and trims.

* Work with other Color Designers to create cohesive product synergy across various lines.

* Engage with Product Management teams to build compelling, trend-driven narratives that resonate with target consumers.

* Communicate design intent to Development teams, assisting with schematic creation and reviewing prototypes.

* Manage and design presentation materials, effectively presenting concepts to internal teams, leadership, and external partners.

* Actively participate in the creative process, problem-solving from initial concept to final design.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 5+ years of experience in a similar color design role.

* Bachelor's degree in color design, graphic design, fashion design, industrial design, apparel design, material design, textile design, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.

* Expertise in professional design software, including Illustrator and Photoshop.

* Deep knowledge of color theory, harmony, and design principles.

* Proven ability to translate color knowledge effectively onto both soft and hard goods.

* Strong understanding of real product creation, beyond digital-based concepts.

* Comprehensive knowledge of current and emerging design and fashion trends in various product categories.

* Foundational understanding of product construction, schematic development, and tech pack creation.

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently.

* Strong visual and verbal presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design intent to diverse audiences.
