What You'll Do: Develop and maintain middleware, automation frameworks, and integration solutions using Java, Python, and AWS Collaborate in Agile environments, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance system performance through scalable solutions Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and integration workflows Mentor team members and lead technical initiatives to drive best practices Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field OR 6+ years of experience with a Master's degree 6+ years of experience in software development using Java, Python, and SQL, plus tools such as Git, AWS CLI, and Splunk 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments and implementing CI/CD pipelines Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Experience with AI/ML models and modern data-driven solutions Knowledge of REST services and integration tools such as WRS APIs Proven ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
