Senior Software Engineer Apply Online Tyler Technologies is looking for a Senior Software Engineer at One Tyler Way, Moraine, OH 45439 to perform the following job duties: 10% - Utilize new technologies and tools to modify products and provide integration with applications developed internally and externally. 25% - Participate in new application development and existing system enhancements by coding system features according to system designs. 5% - Maintain existing application programs by fixing bugs or clearing up operational deficiencies in both previously released software and software slated for future release. 5% - Achieve departmental goals and timelines. 5% - Perform other duties as assigned. 10% - Assure program, module and system integrity through thorough testing and adherence to company standards and procedures. 10% - Work through all phases of the software development life cycle, including research, design, analysis, requirements, implementation, test automation, and maintenance. 10% - Prepare and modify program and system documentation. 15% - Participate in analyzing, designing, writing and testing code, documenting and implementing functionally appropriate, technically sound, and well-integrated application systems. This is completed in accordance with customer requirements and organizational methodologies and standards for new application development as well as existing system enhancements. 5% - Provide guidance to less experienced team members to ensure knowledge transfer and training are successfully meeting department goals. Must work in the office at least 3 days per week. May work remotely up to 2 days per week in the same MSA as the worksite. This position requiresa Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, or a related discipline, or a foreign equivalent and 5 years of experience in software development with database technology, and 5 years of experience in each of the following: .Net or C#, XML/XSD/XSLT, Visual Studio, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and RESTful APIs.
