We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead the development and execution of our supply chain strategy while overseeing daily operations. This role ensures alignment, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all supply chain functions through strong leadership and crossfunctional collaboration.



Key Responsibilities



  • Drive the vision, processes, and strategy needed to achieve operational excellence.
  • Implement supply chain best practices to improve safety, cost, quality, lead time, and service.
  • Lead innovation and continuous improvement across processes, technology, and business systems.
  • Direct change management initiatives within Supply Chain operations.
  • Strengthen organizational effectiveness through improved supply chain performance.
  • Oversee operational budgets, HR responsibilities, and production capital.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external supply partners.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.



Minimum Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing/Procurement, and Logistics.
  • Background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Toyota Production System methodologies.
  • Experience in an FDAregulated Medical Device, Biologics, or Manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to:


    • Develop and coach teams to their full potential
    • Drive results and hold teams accountable
    • Communicate effectively across the organization
    • Analyze issues and solve complex problems
    • Inspire and motivate high performance and engagement


  • Ability to meet physical job demands with or without reasonable accommodation.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Master's degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Seniorlevel leadership experience with broad supply chain oversight.
  • Strong leadership, relationshipbuilding, and teammotivation skills.
  • Advanced problemsolving, analytical, and innovation capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in developing talent and driving organizational results.
