What to Expect

Tesla is seeking a high-performing business development professional to lead commercial wall connector sales across North America. You will lead the team responsible for the sale of Tesla's Level 2 charging products to major partners such as Fortune 500 companies, charge point operators, channel partners, distributors, and real estate owners across North America. You are fully accountable for scaling the program.

You will drive the execution of a program that is making EV charging more accessible, affordable, and dependable for all drivers, backed by Tesla's industry-leading hardware and software. Success requires grit, urgency, and a high-energy, hands-on approach. You'll be empowered to move fast, course correct quickly and deliver meaningful results. High growth potential opportunity.


What You'll Do
  • Scale a B2B hardware sales program in EMEA and North America
  • Set and track KPIs, drive performance, and ensure strategic alignment
  • Manage cross-functional reviews and mitigate program risks
  • Collaborate with policy, product, and engineering teams to launch products in new markets
  • Build and lead a high-performing team to support program growth

What You'll Bring
  • 4+ years of experience managing sales pipelines and teams, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of North American EV charging markets preferred
  • Thinks from first principles, moves with urgency, owns outcomes, and thrives in high-accountability environments
  • Intrinsically motivated to deliver results and outspoken about what is needed to complete tasks and exceed goals
  • Ability to persevere through roadblocks and shifting priorities while maintaining focus on long-term goals/program building
