About the Role

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team at LA Office. In this role, you will manage a diverse accounts receivable portfolio, driving timely collections, resolving deductions and disputes, and minimizing financial risk. You will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while identifying root causes that impact the ordertocash cycle and implementing improvements that enhance efficiency and profitability.

This role requires strong independent judgment, analytical capability, and collaboration across multiple functions to support a healthy cash cycle and strong customer relationships.


Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

* Manage and collect a assigned receivable portfolio, enforcing terms of sale and driving timely resolution of past-due balances.
* Analyze and resolve deductions, disputes, and short/over-payments through timely research, decision-making, and account reconciliation.
* Identify and address root causes across the order-to-cash process that impede invoicing, collections, and deduction resolution.
* Maintain strong customer and cross-functional relationships, serving as the primary contact for receivables-related issues and escalation management.
* Review and release credit holds, taking appropriate action to ensure customer deliveries and business continuity.
* Monitor financial risk, including credit limit analysis within authority levels and recommendations to management.
* Drive continuous improvement, recommending and supporting process enhancements to improve efficiency, controls, and cycle time.

Compensation



  • Salary Range: $62,700.00- $79,066.00


Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience
* Minimum 3-5 years of high-volume collections and deductions experience
* Proven ability to manage complex, high-value receivable portfolios
* Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data analysis
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade


Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

* Experience in the food or consumer packaged goods industry
* Trade spend deductions experience
* Working knowledge of SAP
* Experience partnering across sales, customer service, and supply chain functions
* Demonstrated process improvement or project leadership experience
