What is the role about?

As a reliable member of the HR Shared Services team, the HRIS/PayrollAnalystisprimarilyresponsible formanagingemployee inquiries and issues through thecase management system (AskHR). This position leverages technology, digital platforms, and ourHRISand case management systemstoprovide an exceptional customer service experienceforall stakeholders,promoteand encourage employee self-service, andensure resolution or escalation of casesin a complete and professional manner. This position will work within a case management system and a digital knowledge basewithaccess to confidential employee information,processingcases/inquiriesandescalations within established quality measures andkey performance indicators (KPIs).A secondary responsibilityofthis role includesaccurateandtimelyprocessingof bi-weekly and ad hocpayroll for multiplesmallerentities on multiple platforms (SAP SuccessFactors for HRIS and Paylocity for Payroll).The role willbe responsible formanaging employee inquiries and will play a critical role in providing personalized support and solutionsregardingHR processes for allemployees, while also partnering with USregionalstakeholdersto expand HR dataanalyticsaccessand usage toward strategicadvancement of operations.

Which tasks will you perform?

  • Provide functional and technical support for the administration of the HRIS modules, including data maintenance.

  • Understand andexecute onHR business processes including those related to mobility, payroll, document management, and timekeeping.

  • Completeadministrativeand supportprocesses in line with defined scope of Shared Services for the USregion, andagreed corporate or business policies and procedures (e.g.hire employees onto HRIS.system, manage workflows, support organizational changes,etc.).

  • Ensuresmaller entitypayrollsareprocessed accurately andtimelyaccording to the schedule and handle end-user (employee, manager, HR, accounting) troubleshooting and technical support via the electronic ticketing system.

  • Act as first point of contact foremployees,managers, and HR for inquiries related topersonaldata maintenance,HRIS/payrollquestionsorerrors (andtimelyresolution),andemployment verification requestswithanexceptional customer service mindset and behavior.

  • Execute HRIS/payrolldata changes and solvegeneral questionsconcerningpayroll orHRIS data, resolve questions or issues that require specific HR, payrollor HRIS knowledge, coordinate expert resources, and escalate issues asrequiredto resolvein a timely manner.

  • Identifytraining needs for various user groups andpartnerwith local HRto coordinate training in specific process areas.

  • Analyzeprocesses and data to improve the payroll and other Shared Services processes and handoffs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness; ensure documentation of processes ismaintained/current and meets the local and global governance requirements.

  • Collaborate with various local and global stakeholders to deliver to expectations, meet audit requirements, and successfullymaintainand improve thepayroll process andHRIS modules.

  • As the subject matter expert, develop and deliver best practices and advise content owners onspecificsystemmoduleconfigurations.

  • Act as local HRAdminsupport forthe HR document management system (PeopleDoc).

  • Support ongoingregional and globalprojects such asadditionalHRIS systemmoduledeployments.

  • Act as an escalation point for more complex inquiries and provide guidance to others on these issues,including further escalation to the global support team.

  • Process transactions across HR systems and ensure data quality ismaintainedthrough regularcomparative analysis.

  • Provide essential support to address individual needs ofHR,employees,and managers.

What do we expect from you?

Required:

  • Bachelor's degreefromaccreditedcollege or universityin Computer Science, Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent training and experience todemonstratethe required qualifications.

  • 1-3+ years of HR experience, includingexperience managing HRIS systems and other HR platforms; shared services experience is helpful.

  • Understanding of HR and Total Rewards concepts and philosophies (i.e.HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll).

  • Self-starter whohasthe ability toquickly absorbnew ideas,respond to change,and isresourceful:uses their discretion and judgment totake the initiativeandmake recommendations to theteam.

  • Strong analytical skillsandproblem-solving, root cause analysis, and associated solution implementation.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interactand communicateprofessionallywith all department levels, including international teams.

  • Ability toestablishand maintaincollaborative relationships with HR business partners based on deep system knowledge, professionalism, and dependability.

  • Customer serviceand continuous improvementmindset, enthusiasm,and behavior.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and tools, especially Excel.

  • Ability tomaintaindiscretion and work with sensitive and confidential subject matter.

  • Proactive, results driven, open to feedback andanoverallcollaborative teammate.

Desired:

  • Familiarity with SuccessFactorsmodules(Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, Learning Management, Succession Planning, Compensation,etc.)and Paylocity and/or similar systems.

  • Experience with Power BI or similardata visualization systemsanddataanalytics.

  • Experience aschangemanagement advocate.

  • Technical aptitude,requirementsmanagement, and the ability to assess and articulate risk.

  • Previousdocument management experience (PeopleDoc/UKG preferred).

  • Ability to communicate well both with internal employeesandthird-partyproviders.

  • Experience deploying new systems and integrating existing applications.

  • Strong consulting and communication skills to provide recommendations and options to meet business needs.

  • Customer service experience in a similarshared servicesenvironment or IT help desk.

  • Ability to interpret and communicate HR policies and procedures.
