Description and Requirements

This role is located in Lenovo's enterprise-wide, Global Organization Development Team, which is part of the WW Human Resources department. As a member of our vibrant, global HR community, you will work collaboratively with the Global Organization Development Team, HRIS, and business partners to support and enhance talent and organization development platforms, processes, and programs. This position plays an important role in translating business and talent needs into scalable, systems-enabled solutions through strong program coordination, analytics, stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement. The role remains hands-on and execution focused, while contributing to broader organization effectiveness, leadership development, and talent outcomes across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance talent and OD tools and processes (e.g., Skills Engine, Leadership Assessment & Coaching Platforms, and Workday Career Hub), ensuring strong operational performance and a positive user experience.
  • Support the execution of talent and organization development programs, including talent planning, succession processes, leadership development initiatives, and related annual talent cycles.
  • Partner with HRIS, HR, and other stakeholders to align on system actions, process design, integrations, data requirements, and continuous improvement opportunities related to talent and OD platforms.
  • Serve as an OD representative in technical and cross-functional discussions, helping translate business needs into clear system, process, and vendor requirements.
  • Track, analyze, and interpret talent and program metrics; create dashboards, reports, and insights that support decision-making, program effectiveness, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, stakeholder follow-up, issue tracking, and vendor activities to support successful delivery of OD and talent initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of OD processes, tools, governance, and communications that increase consistency, scalability, and impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, Information Systems, Information Technology, I-O Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting talent management, organization development, HR technology, or related business processes in a complex organizational environment.
  • Working knowledge of system administration, configuration, process implementation, or platform support related to HR, talent, or learning systems.
  • Experience with project coordination or project management, including tracking deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Strong analytical capability, including proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical, HR, and business teams and translate requirements between audiences.
  • Familiarity with vendor coordination and the ability to support external partners to meet business and program needs.
  • Self-driven with strong learning agility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Ability to work on-site at Lenovo Morrisville, NC HQ on a 3:2 Schedule (3 Days in Office and 2 Days Flex Location). This is a world-wide role so will include work meetings at nights and mornings working across the global clock.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred in Information Systems, Information Technology, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR systems, talent management, organization development, leadership development, or related program support.
  • Experience supporting Workday or other talent management platforms, including technology-enabled process improvement and program administration.
  • Experience developing dashboards, executive-ready reports, presentations, or communications to support stakeholder decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
