District Manager - Airport Operations

As the District Manager - Airport Operations, you will lead day-to-day operations across assigned airport locations, driving operational performance, employee engagement, and customer experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for translating strategy into execution by building strong teams, maintaining operational discipline, and delivering consistent results across multiple locations.

In this role, you will manage performance across key business areas including sales, service delivery, fleet operations, and financial results, while leveraging real-time data and technology to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership & Engagement

  • Build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Set clear expectations and drive accountability for performance and results

  • Coach and develop managers and frontline employees

  • Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement

Customer Experience

  • Deliver fast, reliable, and high-quality service across all locations

  • Ensure vehicles are clean, ready, and available to meet demand

  • Identify and resolve service breakdowns quickly

  • Drive consistency and urgency in the customer experience

Operations & Performance

  • Execute daily operations across multiple airport locations

  • Drive performance across revenue, utilization, productivity, and service metrics

  • Identify gaps and take immediate action to improve results

  • Maintain operational discipline and consistency at scale

Fleet & Operational Efficiency

  • Ensure the right vehicles are in the right place at the right time

  • Improve vehicle turnaround time and readiness

  • Optimize lot flow and overall fleet productivity

Technology & Optimization

  • Use real-time technology to track vehicle movement and improve decision-making

  • Reduce delays, improve flow, and accelerate vehicles to ready status

  • Leverage data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement

  • Lead adoption of tools and processes that improve efficiency and performance

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3-5+ years of operations experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.

  • Experience in high-volume, multi-unit, or airport operations strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to execute in fast-paced, complex environments.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and performance.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Experience leading change and driving adoption of new tools and processes.

  • Valid driver's license
