Career growth and development General Summary: Under the direction of a supervisor, this role performs duties in sterile processing and the operating room to support the surgical and anesthesia teams. Responsibilities include maintaining instrumentation and supplies, troubleshooting and supporting implant cases, and providing education related to surgical implant procedures. This position inspects and verifies the proper function of implants and instruments, refills implant trays with implantable materials after case use, and makes recommendations to management regarding the purchase of new or replacement implant instrumentation and implant systems for the operating rooms. Required Licensure, Certification, and Ongoing Training
Work Experience
Shift Day shift with weekend work required. No on-call required. Salary Range: Minimum 23.35/hour - Maximum 38.54/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
