Description The Operations Coordinator is responsible for all tasks before information goes to warehouse teams. Coordinates with customer service team, retail teams, and call center members. This role takes patient phone calls, that would include troubleshooting equipment, evaluations on current oxygen systems, scheduling etc. Works with our hospice partners to arrange delivery and pick-ups. Responsible for helping our walk in patients with equipment delivery/returns. Routing and dispatch (coordination with our drivers and warehouse) High level of comfort with typing and using Microsoft 365 (teams/email etc) Can either work in our dispatch office (within the warehouse) or a cubicle b/c space is limited.
