Job Summary The Technical Support Analyst provides frontline technical support for computer hardware, software, and related systems across facilities. This role supports end users in a fast-paced healthcare environment by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise hardware and software while ensuring compliance with hospital standards, policies, and security requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical aptitude, excellent customer service, and the ability to support both on-site and remote users across multiple locations. Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices to end users throughout the hospital system. * Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and related equipment following standards and protocols. * Deliver both on-site and remote support to users across multiple locations within Georgia. * Participate in IT projects as assigned, including system upgrades, device refreshes, physical moves, and departmental expansions. * Maintain accurate inventory records for Microsystems hardware and comply with established asset management processes * Research, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, operating systems, and applications * Educate and assist end users following technical support activities, including device usage, procurement, and lifecycle processes * Produce routine documentation and reports (daily, weekly, monthly), contribute to knowledge base articles, and support management reporting needs. * Adhere to all Microsystems policies, procedures, and hospital safety requirements, promptly reporting any unsafe or malfunctioning equipment. Required Qualifications * Two (2) years of demonstrated experience supporting personal computers and related technology. * One (1) year of professional experience supporting enterprise-level computer software and building computer hardware. * Experience with standard operating systems and desktop applications, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to support clinical and non-clinical users. Preferred Qualifications * Associate's Degree in Information Systems or a related technical field * CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification. * Two (2) or more years of experience supporting enterprise or healthcare IT environments. * Experience with enterprise technologies such as Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint products, System Center, virtual desktops, or mobile device management. * Prior experience providing technical support in a healthcare facility. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
