Description Job Title - Logistics Coordinator Work hours - One CW will work from 0600 to 1430 6 Am to 2:30 Pm and the other will work from 1400 to 22302 Pm to 10:30 Pm . About the Role Our team is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Ground Systems Logistics team in support of the Ground Gateway Terminal GGT program. Our low Earth orbit satellite broadband network with a mission to deliver fast reliable internet to customers and communities around the world - from individual households to schools hospitals businesses and government agencies operating in locations without reliable connectivity. Ground Gateway Terminals are critical ground infrastructure components that enable the Leo network to deliver that connectivity globally. In this role you will work alongside the Ground Gateway Logistics Program Manager to coordinate global GGT shipments manage relationships with Logistics Service Providers LSPs and ensure on-time delivery performance across a fast-paced globally distributed program. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills excellent problem-solving abilities robust communication skills a bias for action and a commitment to delivering results in a dynamic logistics environment. Role Overview Logistics Coordinators support end-to-end shipment coordination and operational execution for GGT systems deployed across global regions including APAC EMEA and LATAM. Core responsibilities include: - Coordinate domestic and international GGT shipments ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency in meeting delivery schedules and service level agreements - Update and process shipments using the SAP Transportation Management System TMS ensuring accurate and timely data entry to maintain shipment visibility and operational integrity - Serve as the primary operational point of contact for Logistics Service Providers LSPs on active GGT shipments - Respond quickly and decisively to time-sensitive LSP inquiries pickup requirements and shipment status requests across multiple time zones including APAC EMEA and LATAM - Coordinate with internal logistics teams and external partners to protect on-time delivery performance against planned GGT deployment schedules - Provide the GGT program with proactive transparent shipment status updates and real-time visibility into logistics operations - Support customs and import compliance coordination for international GGT shipments - Assist in building and maintaining SOPs playbooks and operational documentation to drive process improvement and long-term sustainability - Support data quality improvements to enable better reporting planning and operational visibility for Ground Systems Logistics leadership Physical / Environmental Demands - Primarily office/remote work environment with low to moderate noise levels - Prolonged periods of sitting standing and working at a computer - Occasional participation in warehouse or logistics facility visits as needed Work Environment - Fast-paced globally distributed program environment - Staggered shift coverage required to support shipments across multiple time zones - Collaborative team environment working closely with internal program teams and external logistics partners Additional Skills & Qualifications Candidate has to pay for parking = $20 per day) Workload Parity with LTOC. The LTOC team manages satellite production-related shipments with a staffing model of one PM and seven ICs, with each IC supporting approximately 2.8M dollars in planned shipments. Ground Systems Logistics has 2.8M dollars in planned 2026 shipments, equivalent to one LTOC ICs portfolio, but is currently staffed with only a single PM performing both strategic and operational functions. Protecting On-Time Delivery Performance. The GGT programs 2026 delivery target is 70 systems installed, with a Ground Systems Logistics standard of 100 percent on-time delivery. One CW will work from 0600 to 1430 and the other will work from 1400 to 2230.
