The Technical Product Owner is responsible for the daytoday product ownership and delivery of key enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms, includingeGRC (RSA Archer), Aravo, Compliance Hub, and supporting GRC tools.

This role translatesrisk, compliance, and audit requirementsinto clear product backlogs, partners closely with engineering and vendors, and ensures platforms arestable, compliant, and scalable. This is ahandson execution rolewith accountability for platform health, delivery outcomes, and operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

Product Ownership & Delivery:

  • Own and manage the product backlog for assigned GRC platforms, ensuring alignment withenterprise risk, compliance, audit, and regulatory priorities
  • Translate business and risk requirements intoepics, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with engineering teams to supportsprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and release execution
  • Ensure production stability bymanaging defects, prioritizing fixes, and supporting platform enhancements

GRC Platform Enablement:

  • Support core GRC capabilities across:
    • Risk assessments, control mapping, issue management, and reporting(eGRC / Archer)
    • Thirdparty risk workflows and vendor lifecycle management(Aravo)
    • Audit and compliance artifact intake and workflow orchestration(Compliance Hub)
  • Ensure platform configurations align withenterprise risk frameworks(e.g., NIST, ISO, HITRUST) and audit requirements
  • Supportevidence automation, workflow standardization, and system integrationsto improve efficiency and data quality

Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration:

  • Act as the primary product contact forRisk, Compliance, Audit, Technology, and Engineering stakeholders
  • Partner with vendors totrack roadmap items, manage enhancements, and resolve platform issues
  • Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies toproduct, risk, and technology leadership

Operational Excellence:

  • Track and report on platform KPIs, includingadoption, stability, backlog health, and delivery throughput
  • Supportaudit readiness and regulatorfacing needsby ensuring accurate, reliable system outputs

Identify opportunities toreduce manual effort, improve user experience, and standardize processesacross GRC platforms.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical product ownership, business analysis, or GRC technology delivery
  • 2+ years of handson experience working with enterprise GRC platforms such as RSA Archer, Aravo, compliance, or audit management systems (or comparable enterprise risk/compliance tools)
  • 2+ years of demonstrated ability to translate risk, compliance, or audit requirements into documented technical requirements, including user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • 1+ years of experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum and/or Kanban)
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supportingenterprise risk management, thirdparty risk, audit management, or compliance programs
  • Familiarity withrisk and control frameworkssuch as NIST, ISO 27001, HITRUST, SOC, or similar
  • Experience withworkflow automation, evidence automation, and systemtosystem integrations
  • Prior experience partnering withexternal vendorsto manage roadmaps and platform enhancements
  • Experience working inhighly regulated environments(e.g., healthcare, financial services)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
