As a Contract Analyst, you'll collaborate with credit, trading, operations, and accounting teams, as well as external partners. You'll play a key role in managing and improving processes and documentation that support our core trading businesses/activities-helping us work smarter, faster, and better. How You Will Create Value Collaborate across teams to solve complex business problems and deliver mutually beneficial solutions. Proactively identify and implement process improvements, with access to leverage low-code and generative AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation. Take ownership of contract documentation, ensuring accuracy and mitigating legal, credit, and operational risk. Share knowledge and best practices, helping others grow and succeed while reinforcing our Principle Based Management philosophy. Lead and contribute to high-impact projects in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Uphold and strengthen KAES Trading Standards and our culture of compliance. What Sets You Apart You are contribution motivated-energized by helping others and improving the business. You are curious, eager to learn, and passionate about using technology (PowerBI, Alteryx, generative AI, or similar tools) to solve problems and automate processes. You have a keen eye for detail, strong reading comprehension, and a commitment to accuracy. You communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are comfortable working under pressure. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Ability to provide assistance with global trading activity which may require after-hours, or US holiday hours in conjunction with global market closes What Will Put You Ahead Familiarity with commodity trading and trading fundamentals.
