Overview

The Construction Coordinator provides ongoing support to the field and management personnel. He/she will be responsible for the new hire onboarding/offboarding process. They will assist the Field Operations Quality Control Supervisor with equipment, fleet, safety supplies and administration for each. They will be responsible for administration in applications and software databases such as SharePoint, TEAMS, Concur, Navan and others. They will facilitate, participate, and coordinate employee functions.


Responsibilities

Essential Functions of the Position:

* General Support

  • Cleaning staff management/communication
  • Office reception as needed and support of both office and Field Personnel at alllevels within FSV

* Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Liaison

  • Facilitate new hire process from beginning to end
  • Coordinate all new hire activities
  • Provide timely welcome communication to new employees prior to arrival andbook travel/lodging accordingly
  • Administer new hire and client-based orientation using detailed checklist, ensuringall tasks and topics are covered
  • Maintain new hire checklist by adding and removing tasks as operationalneeds and processes change
  • Facilitate collection of company provided equipment and supplies uponnotification of termination of employees and short-term contractors

* SharePoint Administrator

  • Add/remove employees to proper permissions group within MS Teams
  • Add/remove new hires from contact list and org chart as needed
  • Provide new hire updates in Yammer

* Office coordination

  • Office facility maintenance coordination/communication
  • Office supplies purchasing
  • Office shipping/receiving
  • Training lab and conference room scheduling
  • Employee function, meals and entertainment coordination for office trainingand/or meetings.
  • General office personnel support as needed
  • Perform parts of the new hire training and coordinate remaining training withthe onboarding team
  • Support Lancaster operations team with Fleet management, Equipmentlogistics, and client relations. Provide record keeping, financial reporting andmetrics dashboarding as requested.
  • Act as Liaison with Technical services regarding on site training coordination and execution.
  • Support senior leadership with reporting, activity coordination, execute and lead special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

* In office position-Lancaster, PA
* Outstanding customer service skills and vibrant outgoing personality
* Highly computer literate and proficient in MS Office and related business and communication systems
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong record keeping skills
* Critical thinker with problem solving skills * Excellent leadership and initiative
* Quick learner with the ability and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
* Independent worker and self-starter

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation:Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
