Position Summary To maintain building operating system components including not limited to HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Assist Facilities Management team in all building maintenance and help create a safe and code compliant building setting. Essential Functions
Working Conditions Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to be able to lift up to 10lbs. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinets drawers and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone. Minimum Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Experience
At least 5 years of building maintenance on a low tear level (required)
At least 3 years of building maintenance at a technician's level. (required) A minimum of 2 years experience with HVAC. (required) Have a refrigerant handlers license Commercial electrical maintenance experience. (required) Work with commercial lighting 120/277VAC. (required) Ability to trouble shoot HVAC issues related to refrigerant balancing and electrical components and control circuits. (required) Licenses & Certifications
