Summary / Objective

The People Experience Partner is responsible for delivering high-impact People programs that enhance the employee experience and strengthen company culture. This hands-on role leads the execution and continuous improvement of core initiatives, including onboarding, recognition, engagement, employee and manager relations, and internal communications.

Working in close partnership with the broader People Team and with the Manager, People Experience, to drive operational excellence, support routine employee relations matters, and translate feedback into meaningful actions that support our teams and business.

This role will report to the Manager, People Experience.

What You'll Do



  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Own the "Day 1" experience, conducting pre-employment communications, new hire orientation, maintaining onboarding resources, and ensuring a seamless transition for all incoming and exiting team members
  • Recognition & Morale: Manage the lifecycle of the company recognition program; you will take full responsibility for the operational health of the platform, including point oversight and approval workflows to maintain a culture of timely appreciation
  • Volunteering & Social Impact: Act as the program lead for our corporate volunteering platform, managing sourcing, participation, and reporting to maximize our community impact
  • People Policy & Basic Employee Relations: Serve as a first point of contact for routine policy inquiries, employee requests (e.g., remote work, education reimbursement), and foundational employee relations matters; provide consistent, high-judgment guidance and maintain accurate documentation to ensure fair and timely resolution
  • Internal Communications: Serve as the primary steward of our company intranet and internal messaging; you will design and maintain the communications calendar and develop content for All Hands, the Listening Survey, and Inclusion initiatives to ensure a consistent and engaging "voice" across the organization
  • Employee Listening & Insights: Own the survey lifecycle, from tool management to synthesizing raw data into polished decks and actionable insights that influence leadership decisions
  • Performance & Goals Administration: Facilitate the end-to-end performance review cycle, including system configuration, timeline management, and proactive communication, and administer the goals program by supporting the alignment, tracking, and reporting of company and team OKRs
  • Engagement and Culture: Lead the "Fun.Zone" initiative, taking full responsibility for coordinating cross-location activities that maintain a cohesive culture across all global sites
  • Actively models and promotes Identity Digital's core values through day-to-day interactions, behaviors, and decision-making
  • Other duties as assigned


Who You Are / What You Bring



  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP/or PHR)
  • Prior success in leading HR initiatives such as volunteering, recognition, and employee engagement
  • Ability to build rapport and trust quickly across all levels of a global organization
  • Proven ability to manage complex, overlapping projects from conception to completion; experience with Monday.com preferred
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience managing sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization as needed


Physical Requirements



  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times


Salary Range

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 - $110,000 (flexibility based on experience) plus benefits as described below. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible to receive other compensation from time to time in the form of discretionary and/or nondiscretionary bonuses and long-term incentive plan. Actual compensation will be influenced by a candidate's qualifications, internal employee equity considerations, and location. We will not ask for information about a candidate's current or past compensation for purposes of developing an offer of employment.

US team members (and their spouses, domestic partners, and/or dependent children) are covered by generously subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance which includes company contributions to a Health Savings Accounts. Team members are also covered by company-paid life and disability insurance and have the option of participating in employee-paid supplemental life, accidental death and dismemberment, critical illness, and accident insurance. In addition, team members can enroll in the company's 401(k) plan with up to a 5% match. You receive 15 days of paid vacation yearly, increasing to 20 days after one year. Additionally, you get 5 days of paid sick leave, 13 paid holidays, and 20 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents, 12 weeks for others. Also, there's an opportunity for tuition reimbursement for qualifying expenses.
