What You'll Do

* Lead FP&A tasks and tell the story of the business by analyzing financial performance, developing insights, and supporting strategic decision-making (includes development, preparation, consolidation, and review of monthly management reporting, budgets, forecasts, and supporting commentary).
* Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities within financials to understand performance, solve complex problems, and support decision-making.
* Liaise with Controllership and technical accounting teams to understand accounting implications of complex transactions and ensure accuracy in budgets and forecasts.
* Execute applicable key financial controls, mitigating risks and safeguarding company assets.
* Support financial and regulatory audits as needed, collaborating with key stakeholders.
* Play key role in process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Work on cross-functional projects, including system implementations that drive transformation and innovation.
* Collaborate across borders, working with a diverse network of stakeholders in both the US and UK.
* Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.

What You'll Need

* Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and 5+ years of work experience.
* Strong FP&A background and working knowledge of SAP and BI reporting tools.
* A curious and innovative problem-solver who is not afraid to ask questions.
* An analytical and strong communicator comfortable working with different stakeholders, data, and technology.
* To be a self-starter and fast learner who thrives in an agile environment.
* Experience in being a team player focused on continuous learning and improvement.
* Strong strategic thinker who possesses strong understanding of corporate finance and business planning processes.

Annual Salary

$113,000-$132,000
