Job Description VP, North America Channel Sales Location: Remote US Get to Know Us: The Vice President, North America Channel Sales, is a senior leader responsible for building, leading, and scaling SS&C Blue Prism's indirect go-to-market motion across North America. This leader will own the design and execution of the North America partner strategy, and recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of channel sales professionals. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that requires a builder's mindset - someone who can craft strategy and roll up their sleeves to drive execution in a fast-paced, high-growth agentic automation market. Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. New Jersey: The expected base salary for the position is between $220,000 USD to $240,000 USD. New York: The expected base salary for the position is between $220,000 USD to $240,000 USD. Washington: The expected base salary for the position is between $220,000 USD to $240,000 USD. California: The expected base salary for the position is between $220,000 USD to $240,000 USD. Colorado: The expected base salary for the position is between $220,000 USD to $240,000 USD. Illinois: The expected base salary for the position is between $220,000 USD to $240,000 USD. Massachusetts: The expected base salary for the position is between $220,000 USD to $240,000 USD. In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company's discretion.Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
