Western Union is seeking a strategic, revenue-focused, and highly collaborative Director, North America B2C Business Lead to oversee its Business-to-Consumer payments business. This leader owns the P&L for the North America B2C business, manages a portfolio of enterprise clients, and partners closely with product teams to drive product strategy and innovation. The role is responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy for the segment across North America. The ideal candidate is a payments expert with experience in disbursements, payout solutions, and cross-border payments, and excels in enterprise client management. This role blends strategy, business management, operational excellence and client management and is focused on driving growth and expansion of the portfolio. Role Responsibilities

Salary The base salary range is $185,000 - $205,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus a variable target incentive that aligns with individual and company performance.
