The role involves routine maintenance, responding to service calls, and supporting system upgrades while working with engineers and facility managers. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and networking is important, along with problem-solving skills, as the job focuses on improving energy efficiency, maintaining system performance, and ensuring occupant comfort and safety.
