What We DoFlex Part-Time Receptionist / Escrow Support Location: Juneau, Alaska Schedule: Flexible, Part-Time (hours vary based on business needs) We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Flex Part-Time Receptionist / Escrow Support team member to support our Juneau office. This hybrid role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support for escrow operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a Key Responsibilities Reception / Front Desk Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and route incoming calls promptly Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain a clean, organized reception area Schedule appointments and assist with office coordination Escrow Support Assist escrow officers with file setup, document preparation, and data entry Order payoffs, tax information, and other required documents Prepare and review escrow-related paperwork for completeness Support closing processes and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items Maintain accurate records in accordance with company and regulatory standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous receptionist, administrative, or escrow/title experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing workload Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation Why Join Us Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in escrow and title operations Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Pay Range: $17.68 - $23.56 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
