PalletOne, Inc. is looking for reliable and safetyfocused General Labor team members to support our production operations. This handson role is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, take pride in accuracy, and want to be part of a team that produces quality lumber products for customers nationwide.

No prior manufacturing experience is required-we're happy to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn.

As a General Laborer, you'll play an important role in safely handling and preparing lumber products to meet customer and company standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Move, stack, and secure lumber and materials according to instructions
• Build finished bundles based on customer requirements and bundle specifications
• Label and tag materials accurately by type, size, and quantity
• Apply individual tags before and after treating or production processes
• Operate hand tools such as staple guns and assist with basic troubleshooting
• Band, bundle, and secure material, including corner protectors and loading sticks
• Verify correct quantities and labeling before material leaves the work area
• Maintain accurate inventory of tags and report discrepancies to a supervisor
• Record production data on production sheets
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Assist other departments by moving materials and loading/unloading carts
• Participate in safety meetings, continuous improvement (CI) activities, and training
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
• No prior experience required; manufacturing or lumber experience is a plus
• Basic math skills preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a production environment
• Willingness to perform physical work throughout the shift
