Responsibilities The Principal Product Owner is responsible for the growth and leadership of Product Owners, project resources, and functional areas across the organization. This role will provide leadership in an agile environment and work across multiple business and technical units to drive overall project and portfolio success. To achieve this, they are expected to build effective relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization, strive for cross-departmental partnerships to foster innovation, and work to support the credit union's strategic goals. Responsible for directing and coordinating deliverables consistent with strategic goals and the prioritization of those goals within the credit union. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience:
