What You'll Do:
- Works directly with business line management to develop, manage, implement, and evaluate internal communications, to include sales/service/operations, change management, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives.
- Identify, prepare and implement plans for significant organizational announcements and respond to employee inquiries.
- Manage divisional intranet, including content design.
- Lead the evaluation and potential implementation of new communication delivery channels.
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the client's brand.
- Maintain the client's internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
- May serve as a team lead.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience with Executive/C-Suite Presentation Creation
- 5+ years of experience with MarCom materials content creation (infographics, user guides)
- 5+ years of experience with Data Analytics/Creation of metrics, dashboards
What Sets You Apart:
- Experience creating content in presentation form for Executives in addition to other audiences.
- Experience in Content creation for MarCom type materials including infographics, quick reference guides, user guides.
- Experience with creation of metric/dashboards.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau.
