  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including departmental and cost center reporting, and assist with ongoing enhancements to reporting tools and methodologies (including Axiom-related reporting and analysis as assigned).
  • Assist with recurring and ad hoc financial analysis that supports management decision making, planning, and operational reporting needs.
  • Assist with daily and periodic cash position reporting and monitoring of funding sources (which may include Federal Reserve, correspondent accounts, and FHLB-related activity as assigned).
  • Perform duties or provide backup coverage for processes related to liquidity monitoring, public funds activity, and brokered funding activity as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and record retention supporting investment portfolio activity, including transaction support, reconciliations, system inputs, and related internal reporting.
  • Perform duties and/or backup coverage related to safekeeping, pledging, and collateral documentation, ensuring records are complete, timely, and audit-ready.
  • Support ongoing administration of select investment-related processes (such as interest processing, capital contributions and distributions, reporting schedules, and supporting documentation) as assigned.
  • Support finance-owned policy governance and oversight activities by assisting with documentation, tracking, updates, testing support, and related reporting as assigned.
  • Assist with internal audit, external audit, and regulatory exam requests by compiling data, documentation, and support schedules in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, treasury management, and operational teams to ensure alignment and accuracy across processes and reporting.
  • Provide backup support across Finance processes as needed to ensure continuity of critical reporting and operational workflows.
