Foley & Lardner is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of relevant experience to join the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation (EBEC) practice in our Chicago office. This position is focused on regulatory, compliance, and advisory matters involving employee benefit and executive compensation arrangements, with the opportunity to supplement with EBEC transaction support. This role is well suited for an associate who enjoys working on complex regulatory issues and serving as a trusted advisor on day-to-day benefits matters.
