Description and Requirements

Quality Metric Ownership: Responsible for quality KPIs across product lines; achieve stable performance targets (e.g., FPY, OOB, IFIR, MWDC, etc.) through rigorous analysis and closed-loop management.

In-Process Quality Issue Resolution: Address real-time quality issues with rapid root cause analysis (RCA) and risk assessment; implement effective control measures and closed-loop management to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Complaint Management: Handle quality complaints, lead investigations, and drive cross-functional improvements (Factory & R&D) to ensure successful closed-loop resolution.

Process & System Optimization: Streamline and optimize quality-related workflows; lead the establishment and enhancement of Quality Management Information Systems.

New Business Impact Assessment: Evaluate the impact of new manufacturing processes, new business models, or specific customer requirements on quality control, and develop corresponding quality control plans.

NPI (New Product Introduction) Quality: Collect, summarize, and feedback abnormality data during the NPI qualification phase; track improvement effectiveness and define inspection standards.

Quality Certification Leadership: Lead quality certification for new production lines or factory sites to ensure full compliance with product quality requirements.

Standards Definition & Field Support: Responsible for defining and revising standards for XCSA, OOB, AQC, FQC, IPQC, and FAI, while providing on-site technical support.

Reporting: Prepare and present weekly quality performance reports and executive summaries.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related experience
  • 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing quality, or operations quality within a production or factory environment
  • Handson experience owning and driving quality KPIs such as FPY, OOB, IFIR, MWDC, yield, or defect rate metrics
  • Strong experience in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional problem solving with Factory, R&D, and Operations teams
  • Experience managing quality complaints, investigations, and closedloop resolution processes
  • Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality process documentation
  • Experience supporting NPI quality activities, including qualification, inspection planning, and abnormality handling
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and executivelevel communication, including preparing recurring quality performance reports
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced manufacturing environment with changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, or Manufacturing Management
  • Professional quality certification (e.g., Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, CQE, CQA, ISO Lead Auditor)
  • Experience leading or supporting factory or production line quality certification for new sites or expansions
  • Strong familiarity with inspection and quality standards such as XCSA, OOB, AQC, FQC, IPQC, and FAI
  • Experience implementing or optimizing Quality Management Information Systems (QMIS/QMS tools)
  • Proven track record supporting new manufacturing processes, new business models, or customerspecific quality requirements
  • Experience in global or multisite manufacturing environments, including collaboration across regions
  • Advanced skills in statistical process control (SPC), trend analysis, and quality data visualization
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive quality culture and governance adoption across teams
