You'll be the face of the branch-helping customers access financial solutions while keeping operations running smoothly.

• Help customers apply for and understand loan options
• Process applications and verify documents accurately
• Follow up with customers to maintain and grow relationships
• Assist customers with payment plans and account solutions
• Make collection calls on past-due accounts (with training provided)
• Support daily branch operations and step in when needed

You don't need finance experience-we'll train you. What matters most is your attitude and work ethic.

• 1 year of Customer service experience (any industry)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable multitasking and staying organized
• Basic computer and math skills
• Bilingual is a plus
