Spiro Project Managers are integral to the success of our project teams, ensuring custom fabrication and warehouse projects are executed and delivered seamlessly. (This is not an IT related role) This role partners across multiple departments to drive alignment, optimize resources, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. Project Managers are responsible for clearly communicating timelines, managing deliverables, and leveraging their understanding of custom production processes and client inventory to develop effective fulfillment strategies. They maintain full ownership of project performance, including cost control and execution.

Job Responsibilities



  • Facilitate and participate in project launch meetings that include all critical departments (Sales, Estimating, Detailing, Account Management, Project Management, and Warehouse/Production); distribute work orders to appropriate departments
  • Review project estimates to ensure alignment with scope; manage and process change orders as needed
  • Partner with detailing/engineering teams to support custom fabrication solutions and approve control drawings
  • Manage client inventory within internal systems, including tracking, reservations, and coordination of warehouse activity
  • Prepare and submit accurate bills of material for rental projects
  • Coordinate graphics production, ensuring specifications are clearly defined
  • Source and procure job-specific materials; create purchase orders and collaborate with vendors to meet cost, quality and delivery goals
  • Coordinate receipt and distribution of job-specific materials and purchases
  • Monitor project progress through production and warehouse; review and approve completed work
  • Coordinate outbound logistics with account teams to ensure on-time delivery; verify accuracy of all shipping documentation
  • Track project costs, run reports, and proactively communicate potential cost overruns to Production Management
  • Support field installation & dismantle teams with pre-show planning and ongoing coordination
  • Oversee inspection of client inventory returning from shows; document and communicate discrepancies/damage to account teams
  • Conduct post-show reviews, including evaluation of project performance and participation in final cost analysis
  • This is onsite in Hebron, KY, hybrid may be considered in the future.



Job Requirements

Education & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in: Exhibit Construction/Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Management, Industrial Design, or a related field
  • 2-5+ years of related experience; exhibit industry experience preferred
  • Minimal travel required


Technical Skills



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC/Internet applications
  • Experience with ERP, workflow, and inventory management systems preferred
  • CAD/Drafting (technical drawing) experience a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret fabrication and installation drawings
