Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorise par les Ministeres francais de l'Europe et des Affaires Etrangeres, du Ministere de l'Economie et des Finances et du Ministere de la Transition ecologique et de la Cohesion des territoires et qui permet a Airbus d'offrir a de jeunes professionnels la possibilite d'acquerir une experience remuneree et valorisante a l'etranger, dans un metier technique ou commercial.

Le programme VIE est un contrat specifique, en vertu des criteres d'eligibilite de Business France. Principaux criteres d'exigibilite du VIE :

* Etre citoyen(ne) de l'Union Europeenne (plus Norvege, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplome(e) age(e) de 28 ans maximum (une mission V.I.E peut debuter au plus tard le jour du vingt-neuvieme anniversaire)

* Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

* Etre imperativement inscrit sur le site Mon Volontariat International avant les 28 ans

Un poste sous contrat VIE Business Analyst (Material Management Industrialisation Platform (MMIP)) est a pourvoir au sein d' Satair USA a Herndon, VA . Vous rejoindrez Commercial and Support departement

En tant que membre de l'equipe ASC (SATAIR USA, Inc), vous contribuerez a une initiative visant a executer le volet 'Collaboration Client ' du programme MMIP. Ce dernier est une transformation pluriannuelle d'Airbus destinee a standardiser et moderniser la prestation des services de gestion du materiel a travers Airbus, Satair, FHS et les autres entites de Material Management.

Le volet Customer Collaboration etablit la couche d'interaction numerique avec le client, incluant les portails, les canaux de service client et les capacites d'integration de machine a machine. L'objectif est d'unifier les points de contact clients fragmentes en un ecosysteme numerique coherent, permettant le libre-service, l'automatisation et une interaction client evolutive a travers les services de gestion du materiel.

Les poles de transformation (Transformation Streams) sont responsables de la mise en uvre des capacites d'interaction client de base, notamment le portail client de gestion du materiel, ainsi que les plateformes 'Sales Excellence ' et 'Service Excellence'.

Le Business Analyst sera principalement implique dans les developpements suivants, avec un accent particulier sur les indicateurs cles de performance (KPI) et la gestion de la performance des differents poles de transformation.

Missions et responsabilites

Vous serez en charge des activites principales suivantes :

  • Mettre en uvre et ameliorer les tableaux de bord et les routines avec les responsables de poles (stream leaders) pour cartographier les elements suivants :

    • Phase de preparation / Etat de preparation du programme :

      • Sommes-nous structurellement prets a entamer la phase d'exploration (Explore) ?

      • % du perimetre defini et approuve.

      • % de groupes de travail (workstreams) avec gouvernance et modele de prestation etablis.

      • Etat de preparation des ressources : % de roles cles pourvus.

      • Etat de preparation des outils : configuration finalisee dans E7, Confluence, etc.

    • Phase d'exploration - Adequation au standard et maturite de la conception :

      • % de processus metier couverts par les ateliers d'adequation au standard (fit-to-standard).

      • % de processus acceptes comme standard par rapport a ceux necessitant une personnalisation.

      • Nombre de decisions de conception en attente.

      • Taux de validation de la conception : % approuve par les metiers et l'architecture.

      • Nombre d'ecarts identifies (standard vs. exigences).

    • Aider a la reduction des risques (Risk burndown).

    • Suivre le taux d'achevement par livrable.

    • Performance du calendrier (respect des echeances).

    • Effectuer les mises a jour hebdomadaires et mensuelles du statut pour le reporting.

Des deplacements professionnels sont a prevoir moins de 10 % en Amerique du Nord et, de ce fait, vous devez etre dispose(e) a vous deplacer en consequence.

Competences requises

Vous avez les experiences et les competences suivantes :

  • Diplome universitaire en administration des affaires, gestion de projet ou domaine similaire (Exige).

  • Analyse de donnees et gestion de la performance.

  • Experience avec les outils de gestion de processus.

  • Maitrise de l'environnement Google Workspace.

  • Bonne connaissance des principes, methodes et outils Lean / Six Sigma.

  • Comprehension des bases de la gestion du changement et capacite a adapter les methodes d'accompagnement en consequence.

  • Capacite a fournir des retours structures (feedback) aux responsables sur la gestion des routines et le dialogue de performance.

  • Capacite a identifier les ecarts par rapport aux standards et a proposer des recommandations simples via l'auto-evaluation.

En outre, vous etes en mesure de demontrer les competences suivantes :

* Competences linguistiques : Niveau avance en Anglais

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:

* European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday) * Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

* Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28

A VIE for a Business Analyst (Material Management Industrialization Platform (MMIP)) has arisen within Satair USA in Herndon, VA. You will join the Commercial and Support department .

As a member of the ASC (SATAIR USA, Inc) team you will contribute to an initiative aiming at execution the Customer Collaboration Stream of MMIP (Airbus' multi-year transformation to standardize and modernize how Material Management services are delivered across Airbus, Satair, FHS and other Material Management entities). The Customer Collaboration Stream establishes the digital customer interaction layer of Material Management, including portals, customer service channels, and machine-to-machine integration capabilities. The objective is to unify fragmented customer touchpoints into a consistent digital ecosystem enabling self-service, automation, and scalable customer interaction across Material Management services.The Transformation Streams are responsible for delivering the core customer interaction capabilities, including the Material Management Customer Portal, Sales Excellence, and Service Excellence platforms.The Business Analyst will be mainly involved in the following developments with the main focus on Key Performance Indicator and Performance Management of the various Transformation Streams.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

* Implement and improve boards & routines with stream leaders to map the following:

  • Prepare phase/program readiness:

    • Are we structurally ready to start the Explore phase?

    • % Scope defined and approved

    • % Workstreams with governance and delivery model established

    • Resource readiness - % of key roles staffed

    • Tool readiness - are we all set up in E7, confluence, etc.

  • Explore phase - fit to standard & design maturity

    • % of business processes covered in fit-to-standard workshops

    • % of processes accepted as standard vs. requiring customization

    • number of open design decisions

    • Design-off rate % approved by business and architecture

    • Number of identified gaps (standard vs. requirement)

  • Assist in Risk burndown

  • Track Completion rate per deliverable

  • Schedule Performance

  • Complete monthly weekly and monthly update status for reporting.

This role will involve some travel for business, less than 10% within North America, and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

* University degree in the field of Business Administration, Project Management or similar (Required)

  • Data analytics and performance management

  • Experience with process management tools.

  • Familiarity with Google workspace

  • Good awareness of Lean/six sigma principles, methods and tools

  • Understanding of change management basics and ability to adapt ways of tutoring accordingly

  • Ability to provide structured feedback to leaders on routines management and performance dialogue

  • Ability to identify deviations from standards and propose simple recommendations through self-assessment

in addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

* Fluency in English

* Language Skills: advanced level of English
