The
Marketing Specialist - Customer Experience (Part-Time) role supports internal teams in creating a consistent and positive customer experience. This position contributes to customer feedback initiatives, issue resolution coordination, retail store programs, merchandise planning, and store signage execution. The role collaborates closely with marketing, operations, and external vendors to deliver engaging customer experiences that align with brand standards and business goals.
This is a part-time role, averaging 24-28 hrs per week.
