Admiral Beverage is seeking a detail oriented and dedicated environmental technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of sanitation tasks that support the daily operations of our organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively. Job Description Primary Location: Nampa, Idaho Janitor and Custodial: Keeps office building, production perimeter area's, and exterior grounds in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties. RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is very physically demanding. Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, office space and restrooms. Replaces and cleans lights and light fixtures. Cleans all glass in doors, windows, and dividers. Empty trash and garbage receptacles daily. Replaces air conditioner filters. Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. Dusts and cleans furnishings, office equipment, plants, and fixtures. Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time. Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of team production, Maintenance, Warehouse and Transportation teams. Previous experience with Cleaning Solutions and Chemicals a plus. Ability to perform basic functions of math. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
